Extracurriculars & Electives

At chooselife Education Co-Op, extracurriculars aren’t “extras.” They are part of who we are.

Through our Word + Spirit + Basics foundation, students develop spiritually, academically, creatively, and physically. These programs are built into our culture to grow confident, capable, well-rounded leaders.

This is education that moves.

🎶Music lessons with Pastor Steven Martinez

Students have the opportunity to grow musically through:

  • Guitar 🎸

  • Piano 🎹

  • Drums 🥁

Under Pastor Steven Martinez’s leadership, students develop rhythm, musical excellence, discipline, and confidence — from beginner to advanced.

🎼 Choir

Choir strengthens vocal ability, harmony, and teamwork. Students learn how to project, blend, and perform with confidence in front of an audience.

Strong voice. Strong presence.

🎭Musical Production & Performance Arts

Our annual musical production blends message, music, movement, and teamwork into a high-energy, purpose-driven experience. Students grow in confidence, discipline, stage presence, and bold expression as they bring meaningful performances to life.

This isn’t traditional theater — it’s expressive performance. Students develop skills in acting, movement, dance, and stage communication while learning how to own a room, speak with confidence, and move with purpose.

It builds courage. It builds teamwork. And it builds leaders who aren’t afraid to take the stage.

🏃‍♂️ Physical Education & Home Economics

We believe in building the whole student — physically, practically, and confidently.

Through Physical Education, students develop strength, coordination, endurance, sportsmanship, and healthy discipline. In Home Economics, they gain real-world life skills, organization, responsibility, and hands-on experience that prepares them beyond the classroom.

Strong bodies. Practical skills. Confident students.

For our 6th–12th graders, leadership is more than a title — it’s a responsibility.

Through Student Council and National Honor Society (NHS), students have the opportunity to grow in leadership, service, academic excellence, and character. Members help shape campus culture, organize events, represent their peers, and set the standard for integrity and achievement.

Leadership starts here. Honor is lived out daily.
