  • Tuition is:

    • $200 per month for the first child

    • $180 per month for each additional child

    Tuition is billed August–May and is due on the 1st of each month. Accounts more than five (5) days past due will incur a $35 late fee, and students will not be allowed to attend if tuition is unpaid.

    Tuition does not include registration fees, uniforms, PACEs, field trips, art supplies, or incidental fees.

    *Tuition rates are subject to change each school year.

  • Yes. Families should plan for:

    • $50 non-refundable registration fee per child (cash only)

    • Uniforms (school + PE)

    • PACEs and curriculum materials

    • Field trips (academic celebration trips may include additional expenses)

    • Art supplies

    • Late drop-off fee: $25 per 10 minutes after 8:30 AM

    • Late pick-up fee: $25 per 10 minutes after 3:30 PM

  • All new students are admitted on a six-week probationary period.

    Enrollment includes:

    • Completed application and required forms

    • $50 registration fee

    • Parent interview

    • Parent Orientation (REQUIRED)

    No Parent Orientation = No Admission.

  • Yes. Uniforms are required daily and are part of our culture of order and excellence.

    Basic uniform guidelines include:

    • Light blue oxford shirts (must be tucked in at all times)

    • Navy or khaki dress pants/skorts (NO jeans)

    • Black closed-toe dress shoes (no Crocs, sandals, or open-toe shoes)

    • Solid white or navy socks (no designs)

    • Only approved navy/black sweaters or Warriors gear

    • No hoodies except approved Warriors hoodie on Fridays

    Students not in compliance may be sent home until corrected.

  • Students may:

    • Bring a packed lunch

    • Be signed out by a parent for lunch

    • Order from The Cafe (limited Co-Op menu; parents must set up payment)

    Students may bring outside food and drinks from home.

    We do not sell traditional junk food, sodas, or highly processed snacks. Instead, we offer organic and gluten-free snack options, along with cleaner beverage choices such as Bloom and Olipop.

    Our goal is to support a balanced, focused learning environment by encouraging healthier options while still allowing families flexibility in what they pack from home.

    • Doors open: 8:00 AM

    • Opening Exercise begins promptly: 8:30 AM

    • Dismissal: 3:30 PM

    Students are expected to participate in the full morning routine beginning at 8:30 AM.

    Late fees apply in 10-minute increments.

  • If a student develops symptoms during the school day, parents may be contacted for pickup to protect both the student and the community.

    Students may return when:

    • Fever-free for 12 hours without medication

    • 24 hours on antibiotics (if applicable)

    • Contagious illness guidelines have been followed

    • Doctor verification provided if necessary

    We stand firmly on the Word while also protecting our campus community.

  • If a student brings a phone, it must be placed in the phone bucket upon arrival.

    If seen in possession during school hours:

    • 1st offense: $25 fee

    • 2nd offense: $50 fee

    • 3rd offense: Held in office until the end of the semester

    Smart watches and earbuds are not permitted during school hours.

    • Doors are locked during school hours (8:30–3:30)

    • Security cameras are in use

    • Emergency preparedness drills are conducted

    • Authorized pick-up procedures are strictly enforced
